Title: Semiconductor  Spherical  Harmonic Expansion Model

Abstract:  In this talk the basic semiconductor physics will be simply introduced . Some academic problems related to the semiconductor superlattice are also mentioned. Finally the semiconductor SHE model and its mathematical problems will be presented.
