摘要：In this talk a fundamental biological model, the Keller-Segel model will be discussed. Among many interesting phenomena, spike solutions modeling the aggregation of cells  will be addressed.  For spike  solutions, a free boundary problem describing the motion of spike will be derived and analytically verified.
